At Innovative Healthcare, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Credentialing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of complex processes. This role is essential to ensuring our providers are properly enrolled, compliant, and seamlessly connected across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care with efficiency and integrity.
Credentialing Responsibilities & Duties:
- Credentialing Providers with our Facility.
- Revalidation and Re-attestations with different insurance companies.
- Enrolling and connecting providers to our TAX ID within Medicaid, Medicare and all major insurance company portals.
- Organizing a managing CAQH profiles.
- Weekly reporting of credentialing status.
Job Requirements:
- Self-starter who is able to thrive in a remote position.
- Extensive knowledge of APEP and Medicaid Credentialing Systems.
- Extensive knowledge in PECOS and Medicare Credentialing Systems.
- Knowledge of out-of-state insurance credentialing.
- Proficient in facility vs provider credentialing with major insurance companies.
- Ability to self-manage and organize many moving parts.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate and interact with all departments.
